Wild About… Shipping Disclaimer
Please make sure you include all relevant address information (floor, suite, apartment #, etc). In the event you need an address correction, please contact us immediately. Please have your order number and the correct shipping information on-hand. Any orders that are re-directed due to an incomplete or incorrect address will be charged a $10 re-routing fee for shipments within the U.S. and $15 re-routing fee for shipments to Canada.
Wild About… cannot be held responsible for orders that are deemed undeliverable. Customers will be charged for the return shipment, which is equivalent to the original shipping cost.
You will receive a USPS shipping notification via e-mail after your order has been shipped. This will include a tracking number and expected delivery date.
Shipping Details
Unless you choose to expedite your order, our parcels ship from San Diego, CA to USA within 3 business days. On rare occasions, it takes longer, but we’ll inform you of the delay by email, if so!

Shipping Regions
At the moment, we ship only to the United States and Canada (including APO; we DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes).
PLEASE NOTE: Orders shipped from California. If an order is placed online, but is undeliverable, you will be responsible for all shipping charges, including duties, taxes and/or customs charges that were incurred while shipping. These charges will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
Shipping Carrier
We ship via USPS unless otherwise noted.
Shipping Rates
All continental U.S. shipments are a flat rate of $8 dollars First Class or USPS Priority Mail with tracking.
Overnight orders are $25 USPS Express Mail. Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico may be higher.
All shipments to Canada are a flat rate of $10 USPS First Class. Customers can have their order shipped via USPS Priority Mail at a flat rate of $25. Any taxes and/or customs charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will only be charged for orders shipped to California State.
